We are wanting to travel again in January 2013. When can I expect those packages to be available to book?

Usually the rates for the following year come out in August, but this year WDW threw a curve ball and released them a couple of months early, so I guess you should expect the 2013 rates in summer of next year.

Depending on your dates there might not be a general public WDW promo discount though, with the new Fantasyland opening they may be expecting higher crowds.
