Anybody having any success online booking? I've actaully got a family memeber who is alteast now on the hold cue, but I haven't been able to see any event listing online for the past hour. Just after 7 AM a few events were listed online but the system was timing out. Now nothing ...

I've booked on opening day for the past 7 years, and I've never had as as many problems as this year.

I would love the opportunity to be on hold that long. I still am getting the all circuits are busy line.

What is the quickest way to get past the voice response unit and speak with a CM (once you actually get thru, that is)

Well, I hope you get through! Will see you on 10/26 for PFTS but that's such a huge venue. Would love to run into you to meet you in person at lunch on the 25th. That's the one event I am really looking foward to. Loved the Voltaggio brothers on Top Chef and now Top Chef Masters. Being able to try their food will be awesome, the highlight of my trip!

That was so nice of you

I am no F&W expert, we went for the first time last year so this is only our second experience. Last year we only did one seminar and one luncheon same as this year. I booked those by telephone at the first moment I could. However I don't recall this insanity. Was it just the addition of the early booking for Chase holders that seem to push this whole thing into total chaos? Disney I know isn't the best at IT or CM communication but still it has been crazy. Or is this pretty standard and I somehow missed it last year.

For anyone still waiting...don't give up. We finally made it through and had a great CM who knew what they were doing. Our family booked PFTS Reserved Seating for 10/19. Good luck to everyone.

We have been to 14 or 15 years of F&W and this is the worst experience I ever remember people having. Disney has GOT to fix their IT department!

Called at 656, 657, 658, 659, 659, 659, 659, 700, 700 told office was closed then 700 again and told wait time was over 30 minutes.

at 741, CM picked up. Was able to book 2 GA admissions for 3d Disney Dessert Discovery on 10/25 (she tried to charge me for 3 people at first!), but anyway, by 749, booked with confirmation code and showing up on MDE.

This was after i tried the chase presale yesterday and told no availability.

There is hope!

This is exactly what we want! Tried yesterday and told sold out. Started calling right at 7EST this morning and called 50 times (per my cell phone) before finally giving up cause I had to get the kids up and going and for school. Just tried again and got connected right away but on hold. Hoping they have it

That must be so frustrating. Maybe there will be fewer calls this hour, and you'll be able to get through.

After 15 minutes of all circuits are busy and an hour on hold, I was able to book two sweet seats for 3d dessert discovery 10/11. So excited! Good luck to everyone still waiting!

Wow, I wish I had realized the chase early booking was for something more than what was offered to DVC members. But of course, with as good as disney is at explaining stuff, that would be like asking for a miracle! My friend has been calling for us since 7am, on hold since about 7.50.

Finally through after ~100 redials and an hour on hold (plus an hour yesterday)..but I got what I wanted: 10/25 Kitchen Memories with the Voltaggios.

I FINALLY got through and am sitting on hold... but just wanted to make sure: I got (what I think is) the regular dining spiel about how you can now book online. I called the special festival number - is this normal?

I'm trying to book PFTS (gen adm) and the Hibachi Experience for Nov 2 & 5. Is this hopeless at this point?

Ugh....

No hopeless at all. We usually book late, including very limited seating events, and we have always, yes, always, have gotten what we wanted. PFTS gen admission is for many hundreds ( thousand?) of people.
