Call back! 10/25 Kitchen Memory wasn't in the system yet. I refused to hang up until the CM checked with a supervisor because there was no way I was going to believe it sold out in 20 minutes this morning. When she said she hadn't been able to book it yesterday at 7:01 for a VISA holder I knew there was a problem! It took about 15 minutes but she got it for me when she came back to the call. Should be lots of spots for it open now that they started to book it!

Can't. All circuits are busy.

If you are freaking out, stop reading this thread and just wait patiently. This thread is stressful!

Seriously though, which would you rather be - holding with the chance that someone will answer any minute, or furiously dialing trying to get through a busy signal for the opportunity to wait on hold another 30 minutes?

This is insane this morning.... 40 minutes of a busy signal or all circuits are busy and 22 minutes (and counting) of hold....

I don't know what to do - I daren't hang up, but it's been almost an hour, surely that doesn't seem right?!

I was on hold more than an hour yesterday, though I called a bit after 7. Of course there were not "chase" spots left for my event yesterday but I was able to book today!

So SF&D Reserved Seating really WAS all booked up yesterday, I guess... no block set aside to open today. Huh. OK. Well, I will be happy with my "regular seating", then, I guess!

Have to admit that I'm still a tad bitter toward the CM right at 7AM yesterday who swore up and down that she could NOT book Disney cardholders for anything but a handful of items. Grrrrrr...

I didn't book yesterday, because the reserved seatings that they were allotted for Disney VISA were gone, and the CM told me that more would be released today, and that if I bought the GA, it could not be refunded, so I went for today - bad choice on my part. Unfortunately, the CMs that I have talked to seem to know nothing about the event - like what event? when? That is why I had high hopes for the online booking, hoping that at least the computer would know what is going on.
