2012 free dining bounceback, regular dining to deluxes only???

I seen a bounceback offer someone posted on Buzz's site that was in thier room for next year I think around the end of 2012 and it was free dining. But you had to book a Deluxe in order to get the regular dining plan. And if you booked a moderate it was quick service. Yuck. I would not be suprised if this was the way Disney was heading with this, but crap.

Earlier in the year, I had fd pin codes for June(all month) and Dec. 1-22 and they were both QS for value and mods. I thought maybe this was how all fd was headed, but the deal that is out now isn't like that. I would have been more likely to book had the mods been the reg. DP.
