2012 Fall Advantage!!!

Hi Lovies! I'd thought I add myself to this list since I'm a Fall 2012 optimistic. Hopefully applying during my last semester of college during next Spring and having a magical time after graduation at WDW.

Disney stopped receiving applications for their Fall & Fall Advantage Programs for 2011. They wither up and die by the time the blogger begins their internship am also a swimmer and would like to continue the tradition and swim.

I really think all of you prospective post-grad CPs have the right idea. It would be awesome to go down there as... sort of a graduation present to yourself, and an amazing kickstart to a career.

Which roles are you all thinking of applying for?

I've already been once. I really wanted to go Spring 2012, but then I realized that I only have 24 credits left before I graduate and there are classes that I need that are only offered in the spring. So if I went, I'd have to wait until the next spring to graduate. My theory is if I can get in again, that I'll have a job right after graduation, and from there I can look for jobs that are more in my field while I'm there.

I am doing it post graduation as well, and I feel as though it will be a blast. I have wanted to do it since I heard about it my freshman year in college, but my baseball coach wouldn't allow me to miss (what coach would haha). So I'll be an old one as well. I would like to do whatever I can get into to be honest. I am just excited to work for Disney, and I hope that I get a shot at it.

I'm a Fall Advantage 2012 hopeful too! I also plan on doing it post-graduation.

I was accepted for Spring Advantage '09 during my freshman year, but unfortunately I had to decline. Since then I've transferred schools, and now I'm in my last year of school and just couldn't fit it in any other semester...so Fall '12 is my last shot!(which makes me really nervous in the case that I get rejected).

I'm hoping to get accepted for Merch again, but I'd also love attractions, photopass, or concierge.

I'm going down this August to get my Disney fill for a week. Anyone else getting a Disney fix before next Fall?

So jealous! I'm trying super hard to convince my mom that a trip in November/December is totally doable (she's even okay with me missing a week of college, let's hope the professors are as cool with it ). I'm really wishing it happens, I'm thinking a fix before the CP starts would be amazing! When in August are you going?

I'm looking to apply for FA 2012! But it looks like I will be the youngest haha. It will be the fall of my sophomore year and I'll be 18 going on 19. And I want to do attractions in any of the parks. I love all of the parks!

I'm going down end of August-beginning of September!...Labor Day weekend. It took my mom some convincing, but the way the holiday worked out we'll only have to miss 2 days of school/work.

She just booked the hotel the other day so I'm super excited...just gotta search for a cheap flight

Hoping to get down to the parks sometime this winter break (right before applications come out!). If not, I'll be on DCL next March, and again next summer for at least one cruise. The Disney Magic will be doing cruises out of NYC, and down to Orlando with a day at the parks. So I'll have at least one day in probably MK.

I'm going down in October over Fall Break for Food&Wine! Then, I'll be back in December visiting family and doing a day or two out there. Or I may be living there by then.....the family may be moving down to Florida!

I'm a premed student with a brain,behavior, and cognitive sciences major from the University of Michigan (go blue!)!

I turn 20 in the end of April of 2012 so my birthday would have passed when the CP starts.

Hi everyone!

I've been a long time reader of these boards, but I'm only now deciding to post! I'm really hoping to apply for Fall Advantage 2012, and have been anxiously awaiting the date since 2008 haha.

I'd love to work as a character performer (or attendant), as a fairy godmother in training at bbb, or at the Pirates League!

I'll only be a freshman in college this year, but I'm excited to get started on new adventures! I can't wait to get to know everybody!
