2012 DDP Restaurant Question

I am so sorry if this has been a reoccuring question - i did search but didn't find this info.

It appears that some of the Downtown Disney Restaurants aren't on the list for the 2012 participating list for the regular DDP. I did read that like the Flying Fish may join the list but because it's not run through disney it just hasn't joined yet but may soon. Is Earl of Sandwich the same way... We love their sandwichs and it's our favorite quick service.

Can someone confirm that it might be added for 2012?

I think there's about three other threads about this right on the front page, but the search function here is awful, so it's not your fault for not finding them!

It happens every year. The non-Disney owned restaurants don't renew until December. Reportedly there is only one restaurant that didn't renew (Fulton's); all the others renew every year.

Edit: And yes, the Earl is one that renews in December every year.
