2011 Planning - join me!

We are thinking of a family trip on the kids' spring break the last week of March 2011. Its getting harder to plan with a child in high school and another in middle school

We are still tossing around resort ideas but being a family of 6 limits our choices <-----this will be me in January when I am eye sore from all the planning!!

We have the same problem. Family of 5 with one DD in college and one in HS. SOOOO hard to find a time doesn't interfere with anything important for anyone! Right now we are thinking about mid August 2011 hopefully with free dining!

I am very excited to say that we are going on our 1st family vacation to Disney on feb 5th-feb 13th 2011..... now if i could just book it already i would be happy. we had planned (and booked) to go in April 2010, but had to cancel because my daughter was sick and my husband got laid off, but now were healthy and both empolyed, so green lights all the way!!!!! I can't wait. I would like to stay in AKL, hoping for a PIN or some other good deal along the way!

I have been planning and planning and crunching number to get us there. Have tickets, got them about 3 weeks ago through undercover tourist, booked room only about 2 weeks ago at pop. Me, ds,28, and friend of his, df, 27, going. Haven't been to disney since 2000. Ready to go. First time onsite. Staying 12 days. 6 day hopper at disney, 2 day park to park at universal, and three or four day inbetween for shopping, relaxing, and whatever else comes up. Will need some relaxation since I am driving from Michigan. Hoping for some discounts on room only because we are bringing an electric cooler and I get the frig for free because of medical reasons and we will be buying some food outside of disney and bringing it back to the room and storing it in ziploc bags. We will then take our food to the food court and heat it up. Much cheaper that way. We will be eating at least one meal a day out. We will be going the first 2 weeks in May. May 8-20.

OK, WHAT a difference a day makes! Just wanted to say the hubby called me yesterday with his mind set that he wanted to go to Disney...THIS September. It's been a whirlwind but I have package with free dining, airfare, all my dining ressies (THAT was fun ), a rental car AND my Garden Grocer order done! I can't believe it! We are still on for our Grand Gathering next year too! Just had to share!

Looks like we are changing our plans. Our extended family wants to do a cruise, and we can't afford to do Disney and a Cruise. So it looks like we will be waiting a while loner to return to Disney. Please remove me from the list.

Well I hate taking people off the list. Sorry you won't be able to go. I did my first cruise in May. I enjoyed it but would rather go do WDW.

Me and my fabulous two nephews Jonah and Kaleb will be going to WDW May 28-June 5, 2011. We will being staying at POP Century!

I need to change my dates from June to October. I won't be changing my ticker immediately though as there are a few facebook friends on other boards that don't know the news yet.

We will be travelling as a family of 5 instead of 4. I am due April 8, and am more comfortable taking a 6 or 7 month old in the fall than a newborn in June. Now we will get to to to MNSSHP
