Are the characters at the meet/greet sites in Halloween costumes; specifically can we get a pic with Minnie in her witch costume?

Are the characters at the meet/greet sites in Halloween costumes; specifically can we get a pic with Minnie in her witch costume?

We were there for the first party on Sept 13 and I did not see Minnie in a witch costume. I don't think any of the characters had costumes on.

Looks like Minnie is alternating between her Princess and her Witch costumes throughout the night - that is what she and Mickey did last year too. You can also see which characters wear costumes for their M&Gs.

we saw buzz, jane & terk, the villains were out after the show but we didn't wait in line for them, we saw stitch's dance party, and the line for captain jack was cut off by the time we got to adventureland.
