Is there anything new with the dining plan or is it just more expensive

The only change between 2010 and 2011 is if you use a counter service credit at breakfast.
In 2010 you could use the dessert option for an extra drink
In 2011 you will not get this option and will not get anythin extra.

The above is the only noted change besides the prices. It also appears to be true for table service breakfasts.

Nope. You can use a counter service credit for a counter service breakfast. In the past you got juice, a drink and breakfast. Now you just get one drink and breakfast.
