2 more days until we are back at the BC! We are so excited!
I am planning on bringing my iPad with me, and will try to update while there. Is there anything specific that I can check out for anyone? We will be in a water/pool view room and will be there until 3/2.

SO excited about the BC merchandise! I am going to ask Omar to put a few in couple of BC t-shirts into the kids' welcome baskets. Looking forward to seeing what they look like!

Hello BC Regulars! We will be making our first trip there in a little over a weekend and I had a question. I've seen pictures of the rooms at BC and some of them have DVD players in them. Are they in every room or just select Club level, etc? We are in a Standard Room this time and trying to determine what to pack. Thanks for your help!

DVD players are in the club level rooms and suites. They are also in the villas.

I just booked 9/24 - 9/30 at the Beach Club - Garden View. This will be our first stay at the BC and I am thrilled. We are doing a split stay with AKL 9/20 - 9/24.

I still need to call back and add my room requests. I'm going to request a full balcony. Any other suggestions?

Is there anything else that is important to you? Closer to pool/lobby? Closer to EPCOT?

For me, the full balcony is my only concern, so that is all I request for trips.

One more bit of news.... or at least it was news to me. There are now various syrups for coffee at BC Marketplace...vanilla, hazelnut, peppermint and sugarfree vanilla that I can remember. Very nice amenity I think.

Our trip has taken its final form and we have changed our 10 night stay at BC to a split stay with the Poly!!! We will be at Poly 7/15-7/20, and then BC 7/20-7/25. we are on the guest list already but if you'd like to revise it that's cool

Is this your girl's trip? How fun! I did a WDW girl's trip about six years ago and it was SO great! None of the other gals were as Disney crazy as me so they did a lot more lounging around and I was able to do a lot of touring on my own. It actually was very cool to walk around by myself, on my own timetable, look in ALL the stores (which I can't do on family trips).

Yes next week's trip is the girls trip. The family trip is 2 weeks after I return from that. I LOVE my girls trips. We're up to 2 a year, I'm so lucky! My gang is as nuts about Disney as I am (we all met right here on The DIS - isn't that crazy?!) but they like to "meander" much more than I do. They never do parks on the last day (we take a pm flight home) so I split off alone & get on whatever bus comes first to the bus stop & head there for an hour or two, then go to another park for the rest of the afternoon. I think it's the frugalness (is that a word?) in me, I need to get the most out of my AP! I don't mind touring alone at all.

I'll keep an eye out for you. We're staying at BCV for 2 nts(2 of us), the other 4 are at BWI this trip. Then myself & friend move over to Poly for the last 2 nts. I've never stayed at either - they're my dream resorts - so we booked with the 40% AP discount & off we go!

Can't wait to see how your trip goes!!! Ours is not a girls trip but we are doing a Poly/BC dream resort split stay in July!!! my family is so excited!!!! We also booked with 40% off (military discount)

Me too!!!! The Poly is my childhood dream resort, and as an adult, I would choose BC, so now that it no longer has to be a dream, I had a terrible time choosing!!!! DH was resistant to a split stay but now he's excited! I think he was having a hard time settling on one as well. I cant wait!
