2010 Trip planners, unite!!!

We're in We'll be there around April 17th for 10 days.

Oh, Change of plans. We are still going in June 2010 but now we've invited our DS13's BF to go with us. His parents said it was ok so we are good to go. Our DS has been to WDW so many times but this will be John's first time. We are doing a split stay. First the YC/CL for 7 nights and then off to the HRH for another 5. The boys are super excited.

We are starting to plan our January 2010 trip and I am getting worried with the prices and so forth not available yet. Will I have time to make ADRs? Will I have time to make other reservations?

Well, the new rates come out around the 2nd week in August. I think you will have time to make your ADR's and your other reservations. One time I called and made my ADR's at the 180 day mark without my reservation. Once the rates became available, that's when I did my vacation package. I didn't need a comfirmation number for the ADR's. But I still think you will be fine. Happy planning!

I'm guilty of being a 2010 trippie planner. Ben thinks I'm but that's beside the point. We're planning on a stay in April of 2010 at the Polynesian on either the basic dining plan or the deluxe dining plan. We're gonna be going for my 21st birthday and I'm super excited. I've started to plan out just some basic things (what we potentially want to do, how much we want to eat [we LOVE food], where we want to eat, etc.). Can hardly wait!!! Now to save up money to go to Disney!!!

2007 was when I made our ADR's at 180 days out. I do believe that it is 90 days now. So you should be ok with your ADR's. Here is a web site that has great and current information. Hope this helps you out.

We're going for Spring Break - March 13 - March 21! I can't wait; it'll be our 4th trip, and the last one before DD (and maybe DS) graduate from high school.

My plan is bank 169 points this year and have enough for our entire family to all go to the tree house villas in 2010. Because it is not my home resort I don't know if we will be able to get in at the 7 month window. The new villas are going to be very popular.

If not, it will be a GV at OKW and most likely at the end of May or late August. We have 1 child who can not miss school at all so it limits our time to go.

I will most likely go again for an early Feb get away from winter trip but just in a value or mod, rather than DVC. For now we have MNNSHP, F&W, FD and my birthday in Sept.

1st WDW trip - POR- 2008

We are going Feb 2-9, 2010. We are staying at The Contemporary. It is our first WDW trip. I haven't been beyond New Mexico in a plane and have never been to Florida. Needless to say I am scared to death but sooooooo excited.

Nope you're not the only crazy!!! We haven't even gone yet this year and I'm already planning a Sept (hopefully bounceback) 2010 trip.

Great weather and the crowds are not bad at wall. You picked a great time to go. I wished we could go again during October but MEAP testing is during that time of year. Looking forward to picking the end of September begininng of October for free dining though (hopefully they still offer it!!!

I'm hoping for free dining in 2010 - if they offer it, we'll go then - probably towards the end of the promo. We did it last year - checked in on the last day of the promo and the lines were minimal, if non-existent.

Otherwise, I'd like to see if we can do it during the food and wine festival.

My mom and dh's mom may be joining us for that trip. (it was the only way I could get dh to agree to a trip at all).

We are dreaming of a 2010 trip. We did free dining 2008 and hope they will offer it for 2010. I am also considering October or April for birthdays. HTe kids talk about our 2008 trip nearly everyday. We can't wait to go back!
