The "Dreamfinder" guy was a little annoying.

The soapbox section was interesting to listen to, even though the Dreamfinder guy did just kind of go on, and on...

The new Premier Passport (AP for both coasts) will be $700. No mention at all about a payment plan in Florida.

And I didn't catch any mention of the GAD program or any future plans.

Let me guess. Could it have been a character called the Wishmeister? Dressed in all white with a top hat? If so, I saw him at the Doorway to Dreams event a year or so ago. One of my favorite actors who worked at the Adventurers Club and Comedy Warehouse. Way over the top usually. And just a tad less annoying than Deevy See!

Carl/Blondie?

I think Mike was referring to the guy during the Q&A session, that gave a long and involved speech about Dreamfinder and Figment (and how the current attraction is "reviled"), and the loss of various other characters as well. I didn't time it, but he was WAY WAY over his two minutes...

I have to agree. There was a lot of eye rolling going on around me while he was up. He sure was passionate about Dreamfinder though.

I was seated just a few feet from the guy. It was sad, but he was so passionate about the subject. I thought Bob Iger was great at answering all the questions.

I especially enjoyed seeing Patrick Disney there. I hope he gets more involved in the company.

My heart jumped when I thought we were going to be getting the new US Annual Park Pass, but all we got was a pin and a water bottle.

Hmmm...it turns out the person was a DISer who I respect, so I will leave it at that.

Passionate was one thing, but it was a Q&A and he lectured and lectured before asking a question to which he pretty much all ready new the answer. I was starting to get that "elephant in the room" feeling. The answer he wanted was a figment of his imagination. :rotfl2:

But, with that being said, he is a share holder and has a right to express his opinion to the board.

I wish I could have been there but instead, I am sitting at Houston's Intergalactic Airport getting ready to get on the equivalent of a jet powered puddle-jumper that is heading to Nashville. (WooHoo Frequent Flyer Miles!)
