2009 Rates

Hi Everyone
I was just talking with one of my patients and she told me that she booked her room only reservation last night for next year and they told her the rates would be out next week!!!! I am so excited, I just can't stand it!!! Thought I'd share a little magic with everyone!!!

How far ahead can you book? My firned is trying to book a Sept or Oct. 2009 trip and her travel agent wouldn't let her yet.

i just called to changed our trip from December to Jan. and she told me to wait till October. I was unable to do it now without being penalized, but I am sure it has to do with just changing dates.

Why would you be penalized? I have heard of others who have already booked for next year and were told that when the new rates come out they will be adjusted. Right now they are put in at rack rate for now. Also if a deal comes out they can change over to that.

I booked a room only for Easter week and the CM also told me the rates will come out in early August.

My rate will be then adjusted to the new rate, if it is lower.
