2009 Candle Light Processional question

Not quite sure where to post this but I have a question about this year's candle light processional. I know last year they started bookings for it on June 23rd but I haven't heard or seen anything about this year's processional. Are they still doing it this year? And if so does anyone know when I can call and book that? I really want to get in a dinner at Le Cellier for this and don't want to miss out. Any help anyone can offer would be great.

No announcements have been made by Disney although it's said they should be releasing the narrator list soon.

All information we currently have is that this year the packages will be a 90 day booking like all other reservations, so they may not be made available as early as they were last year.
