and I did find this but cant' seem to erase the background myself and keep the edges smooth??

I took a stab at it a long time ago it's actually part of one of my family disigns in my photobucket, but I can try to clean it up enough to post alone!

I love the 2009 design telynn I may have to use it for the "girls" trip in August...we won't have matching shirts, but hopefully the same color ones
