2009 Aaa Rates

When can a room be booked with AAA rares for 2009,specifically July???

Rates for next year will probably be out sometime in August. The AAA rates should be out around the same time. If you are planning on getting just a room only reservation, you can make the reservation now and then when the AAA rates are out, you can apply the discount to the room.

are there aaa discounts every year? are they the same amount always...15%, 10%, etc? Do the Swan and Dolphin have better AAA rates than the Disney resorts?

Thanks, we are thinking of going in Jan 2009 and hoping for good rates.

there are AAA discounts every year and they are available almost all year round. the amount is 10 - 20 percent off depending on the resort and the season. I am not sure about the swan and dolphin and how the AAA rates work there.

the only thing to remember with the AAA discount is that there are a limited number of rooms available for the AAA discount at each hotel...and often you can only book standard rooms with that discount (concierge, water view, castle view, are very limited for AAA discount availability--they go very quickly.) So you might call to get the discount & find out you can't get it on the room/resort you've already books...pays to be flexible though, cuz they will offer to switch your resort/booking to a resort with AAA availability...or book as early as you can if you want a specific resort.
