We're planning a trip for March 2008. Is anyone else already planning trips for next year? What kind of deals can I get this far in advance?

Well, we are planning on going in Dec of 2008 so I don't think you are crazy. Our hope is actually to be able to afford the timeshare we want to buy by then and stay there. You could start buying tickets from one of the brokers if you are not planning on doing the dining plan.

We are planning going in Sept. 2008!

I have started some planning, like which restaurants I want to go to and stuff. Haven't heard of any deals or anything yet, just hoping for free dinning again!!

we're going in may '08. i've basically just been trying to decide which resort will stay in at this point. the 2008 packages/prices won't come out until august, i believe. we're also waiting to see the dates for the EMH before we decide which parks on which days, which also effects our restaurant choices. in the meantime, i'm (already!!) buying some gifts (we're going for birthdays, but also) so we don't spend an arm and a leg in the parks and making personalized items (using the DISign boards!!). have fun planning, i know i already am!!

We're going in March too with 10 people all together. We have been planning for 2 months already and just booked great airline rates this weekend! Just sitting here waiting for 2008 rates to come out.

We're planning on arriving for a short visit on March 30th - our son's 3rd birthday! Latest possible free trip and about as early as I'm willing to travel with our yet-to-be-born baby.

We won't do much "official" planning until it gets closer. We purchased "no expiration" tickets that still have days on them, so we don't need to buy those. We're thinking about trying the dining plan this time, but we need to see how well our not-yet-born baby does in restaurants!

we are going october 2008 ! it will be our sons first trip to WDW. he is unborn as of right now so he will be a year old when we go. im so excited

We are planning for February 2008. We have already booked our flights and found a house to rent. We are going during President's Week which is pretty busy so we knew we needed to book flights pretty much as soon as they came out. We had some pretty specific things we wanted in a rental home, so we wanted to book that early too. You are going in March which is also peak time with spring break, so you might want to book these things early too. It is also a good idea to start looking at rental car rates. You could book your car rental and if the price drops you can cancel and rebook.

We are going in March 2008. Already have our townhome, flight and rental van booked. Just saving for the park tickets.

We are planning for May 2008! We'll have 8 in our party - trying to decide what kind of resort to stay in, etc. I'm so excited!!

We are planning on Oct 2008. Very ecxcited. Have done much. We need help deciding between 2 rooms, all star family suite, or deluxe. We have five people. I think someone said we could start booking in July. Is that correct? We have some ideas for meals. Park Fare for Cinderella and the Prince, Chef Mickey a must, Liberty Tree we really like, and the GF for there Tea Party. As soon as I can book I will book BBB at MK for my girls the day my husband takes ds to Universal. Can't wait

We will hopefully go towards the end of April 2008. Hopefully we'll have the funds for it. I know we definetely want to stay at POFQ and will be on the dining plan. So far we want to eat at:

Crystal Palace - lunch
Ohana - dinner
Whispering Canyon Cafe - dinner
50's Primetime Cafe - lunch or dinner

Just booked our flight. Man is that ever expensive!! Wew!!! No doubt cause we are flying out during the Easter holiday. Now I have to call Disney to book our room. Be back later. Bye!!

We are going in Sept 2008 and I'm already hard at the planning. There are 7 of us going this time, so it will be more expensive and more extensive than before. So far, I've joined tourguidemike.com , got my Passporter 2008 on pre-order, and am filling up the extra PassPockets that I ordered. I have started getting in the T-shirts that I will use to make matching shirts for the whole family. We have a vacation home rented and I'm trying to collect things for that with free samples, etc. I'm slowly adding pins to trade when we go from ebay, but I'm cheap so that takes awhile. I've figured out where we are going to eat and which park we'll be at each day using this year's park info (subject to change, of course, if TGM tells me different!!)

It's sad, I know. I tell DH that it's a sickness and the only cure is going to WDW more often. (So far he isn't buying that....)

I've booked the plane fare for March 9th-16th but am waiting on either buyng in at DVC or staying at one of the values resorts .Rates aren't out yet but it is going to be a busy time of year.
Just excited to know I'm going back
