I was watching the hype for Ms. Clinton's book this weekend, and it brought on a thought - who do you think will be running (or you would like to see) for each ticket then? And, who would win?

My choice would be Hillary Clinton vs. Colin Powell. It would guarantee a first, either way. And, I would think Colin Powell would win with Hillary getting New York, Illinois, Minnesota and California.

Any other thoughts?

My son's HS graduation! That will mean 2 down, one to go for me (and tons of college expenses, argh).....oh...the Presidential election, LOL.......

Well, I would love to see Colin Powell run but I don't think he ever will. I really don't like Hillary, but I like Condi Rice for a female candidate....

If it were Hillary vs Colin, I think he would win by a landslide....

....at least I hope he would....:D

hmmm I dont know. Would love to see Powell run but I REALLY doubt it would ever happen. he's said no too many times.

How old is the youngest G Bush? Jebs son? I cant wait for HIM to run!!

I would love for someone to run against Billary and just blow her away. ( in the polls of course)

My honest Guess? I think Arnold Schwartzeneger is going into politics some day. I would LOVE to see that one too. a Kenedy by marriage BUT a conservative. Very interesting!

Did anyone see his press conference the other day? He said that Billary's book was going to be a best selling FICTION book. lol

I do think Hillary's going to at least try for the nomination, if not get it in 2008, no matter what she says about running for Senate again.

I, too, wish Colin Powell would consider a run for the White House. I think he would be an excellent leader. But I agree with the above poster that he's already said no too many times. He's probably being smart about it though...doesn't want to get too entangled with the politics as the President, but being Sec. of State isn't a walk in the park either, so who knows.

I don't keep up with politics enough to know who the up and comers are in each party, but I did hear the Jeb's son George seems to be interested in the policital arena and seems to have the intelligence and charisma to go far.

Guess we'll have to wait and see.

What will 2008 bring? A trip to WDW for me, I'm sure. :teeth:

I'd like to see Condaleeza Rice run for the big office. She is impressive.
