2008: new planning DVD and booking online?

DD5 wants to know when the new Disney "movie" is coming out. She's talking about the Planning DVD - she liked the one from last year but din't care for this year's. (I would agree.)

I tried booking online (leaving end of April, staying for one week) but could not do it online. Do I have to call or is it a Vista problem?
