2008 Member Cruise Sorcerer Mickey Statue

I have the opportunity to purchase one of the "Inspiration" Sorcerer Mickeys that were given as add on incentives on the 2008 DVC Members Cruise. It is supposed the only time Mickey was designed in his classic red shorts and holding the Sorcerer Hat. It stands about 18 " to 2 ft tall. Lights up and holds a crystal ball in his hand which says DVC. Limited Edition.

Problem is I am not sure if the person is asking a good price. I can't seem to find anything on the internet to let me know its worth. So is $400 too much or a steal for this. It is in perfect condition.
