We'll be there for Starship in April, and I just googled them and I love and remember their songs well! Ok, so what times are these shows, and can anyone just sit and watch or do you need tickets? Do we need to get there early or what? Do they put on a good show? "We built this city on ROCK and ROLL!!"

Unless they change it, the shows are at 5:45, 7:00 and 8:15. Each show lasts 30 minutes. You can watch all the shows, but they clear the theater between shows so you would have to go back out and get in line again. You don't need a ticket (other than your ticket to get into the park) but people start lining up early. I saw Starship when they were just here in October. They put on a really good show. I will definitely be going back to see them when they come back.
Jillpie - From past experience, it's not necessary to line up an hour in advance, unless you badly want to sit very close to the stage. The amphitheater holds a whole lot of people, and it's quite likely likely you will get a seat if you show up 5 minutes before showtime - you may just be back away from the stage.
One other tip - when the gates open and people file in, they tend to leave a lot of un-filled seats. If you are a little bold in looking around and asking people if seats are filled or not, you can often find some very good seats close up if you don't mind walking past some people's feet. It helps if you have a small party of course.
Still no Turtles? Now I'm starting to get concerned. Luckily I'll be seeing them at Cypress Gardens in January, but I'd like to see them come back to Epcot as well.
Well I'm a little disappointed. I was hoping for the Turtles but we got Tony Orlando. Sure could have been worse though. Has anyone seen him and if so does he put on a good show? I know we liked his t.v. show when we were kids.

I saw Tony Orlando 2 years ago and he was great. I'm actually going to see him do his Christmas show on the 18th of this month near my home and really looking forward to it. Now that he's on the list for Flower & Garden Festival it gives me a good excuse to use my AP an extra time this year!

Thanks! Glad to hear that. I remember from his t.v. show that he was high energy and great with the audience. I am only a little disappointed because I was hoping for Davy Jones or the Turtles but I'll be glad to see Tony Orlando. Now I'll just have to educate my 14 yr. old daughter as to who he is!
Okay I just went on Youtube and watched some Tony Orlando videos and it reminded me of how much I liked him so now I am much more excited. I showed my daughter the videos too and she kind of recognized Knock Three Times. At least that is something!
When I saw Tony Orlando 2 years ago, I had my 86 year old Grandmother and my 6 year old son with me. We were quite the group age wise and all of us enjoyed his shows (yes, we went to several.) My 6 year old enjoyed the show a lot and sat very well for a kid his age, so I guess the show was interesting enough for even him. You will find that each show is a bit different. Most of them included "Tie a yellow ribbon", but I think there was even one show where he didn't perform that song. His "tribute to the troops" is really nice to hear as well. Plus, you'll enjoy his band, which he features on their own sometimes. They're a very talented group of individuals in their own right.
