2008 Disneyland points chart

We are planning on going to DL in June of 2008 and I was wondering if I can book it if the 2008 points chart is not out yet. I plan on booking in mid-July. Will MS book it using the 2007 chart, but then raise (or lower Unlikely, I know) the points needed for the reservation depending on how the points change?

I called last week to book a January 2008 stay at the DLH. At first the MS person said "Those dates are available." But when she went to actually book them, she put me on hold for awhile, and then returned to say "I just spoke with a supervisor, and we cannot book those rooms for 2008 yet." So I would presume no bookings for non-DVC resorts can be made using points until the 2008 point chart is released.

I'm new to this, but I've been told that, typically, the chart is not released until the August/September timeframe. Any one else know more?

Thanks for the info! I was afraid this would happen. So much for being able to book 11 months out at the DL resorts!
