2008 Deluxe Dining Plan -Lunch/ Dinner

I just want to confirm what I just saw on the Disney Site about what is included as part of a TS meal. I read, and I hope that it was correct, that an adult TS includes both appetizer and dessert. I just want to make sure that is correct because I also remember discussions that said the appetizer was no longer included.

The Deluxe Dining Plan does include the appetizer as well as the desert. The Regular Dining Plan only includes the desert and not the appetizer.
