Hi Everyone! I just got back yesterday and have a ton of updates but I'll take awhile since I took pictures of the snack options all over the place. Goofy's definitely still allows fudge but only 2 pieces per room card.

Yes that's what I meant.Thanks.

I stopped in to get the "scoop" at Seashore Sweets. The CM was shocked that I was told they were not participating. Everything is still a snack option including the fudge. Unfortunately, I did not have my camera at the time so I'll probably use the list from 2007 for now.

 IT'S PEANUT BUTTER JELLY TIME; you will have made ::cop: DH a very, very happy man.........now he can have his Mickey ice cream & ice cream sandwiches :woohoo: ..............and us not go broke while on vacation !!!;)

thank you again,

jean

At auntie gravity's, DDP symbol appeared to be next to everything. I got a mango smoothy...yummy!!

I hope this is still true next week. We stopped there last year and I got (I think it was...) a tropical smoothie. OMG it was INCREDIBLE!!!!! I was hoping this was still on the Plan. 6 MORE DAYS....:cheer2:

HI Everyone, I was just wondering the Snacks that you are speaking of is this snack portion of the Dining or Deluxe Dining plans? I have pasted the list into a word document so that I am prepared. This will be our first time on Dining and I want to make sure that DH and I get the full use of it. It was also mentioned that the sign had a DPP next to a smoothie? Are the available snacks listed at each of the places that you go to??? Any help would be appreciated. I so love these boards...everyone is so nice and helpful....Its appreciated!!!!

First off - :thanks: . This thread is awesome!

Where is Seashore Sweets? It sounds wonderful & I want to be sure we hit there in Nov.

Also - where is Auntie Gravity's? The smoothies sound delicious!:drinking1

Again - thanks for all your hard work!

I was there in Feb when the 2008 plan was still very new! I wastold at Goofy's that Fudge was not on the snack list but I see now that they are allowing it! In 2007 at Goofy's just about anything under $4 was a sc. Hoping they go back to that! But I love this thread , I see my Raspberry Suss at Patiessiere is still on the list !!!

It's on the Boardwalk. It's a fantastic use of snack credit too. Here's what I remember.
Milk shakes
Ice cream double scoops/waffle cone
12" Goofy make your own sour sticks
Mickey mints
Fudge!
Toffee slab (this is huge!)
Large Mickey sugar cookie
Mint chocolate smoothie bar (it took 3 days to finish it!)
Chocolate
Slushies
Cotton Candy
Mickey & Pluto Candy Dispensers
3 pk character lollipops
Large rice krispie treats
Candy lipstick
Mickey mints

I have a HUGE list of updates but haven't caught up on all my other threads yet.

Auntie Gravitys is in the MK.

We went to DTD just to go to Goofys. They did say there was a limit to two pieces of fudge per room card but since there was 5 of us it wasn't an issue. The CM did make a comment that Disney is going to cut way back next year on what will be allowed as snack credits. I hope she is wrong.

We used a bunch of credits in France too. I'm thrilled that they are participating this year.

does anyone know if the icecream sundae at Auntie Gravity's is still allowed as a snack credit???

Thanks! I was hoping that it was at BW. We are going there for dinner one night! We'll have to get a little snack to take back to the room.

Wooo Hoooo. I am so excited about this I just spent about an hour making my ADR's this is fantastic news!!!:rotfl: :cool1:

Hi!

My son (16 yo) & I will be at the BC from Aug 24 - Sep 21. We got the FD and upgraded to the DxDPP. We do a lot of TS meals. And I like the idea of being able to eat wherever we want 3x a day, without worrying about how many TS vs. CS credits we've got.

So, as far as snacks...

Could those of you who visit the World between now and then keep an eye out for frozen lemonade/lemon slush? I see a few on the list, but there are some not on there. My son says he "needs" these every day in WDW. :rotfl: (BTW, apparently there's a difference between frozen lemonade and lemon slush. I truly don't know what that difference is, but he does... :confused3: )

Anyhoo... He's particularly concerned about the lemon slushes at Harambe Market (AK) and also at the Outpost in (Epcot/WS).

I would have said that this particular quest was silly :lmao: .... but then I caught myself literally dancing in my chair when I saw that Dole Whips were on the list! :worship:

The last times I did any dining plan were way back in 95, 99, 00, 01 -- the one in 95 was some sort of crazy ultimate-deluxe-premium deal (what did I know?) and literally included all the food we could eat, anywhere, anytime. (Seriously. I am not kidding. I still have the receipts. It also included unlimited recreation (boats, tennis, golf) and some other crazy stuff. It was like the top plan now, only better when it came to food, and FAR less expensive. I had no idea what an amazing deal I was getting -- or what a "deluxe" plan I was getting. Until then, I hadn't been to WDW except on a budget (off-site) and had no idea this was out of the ordinary. I thought everyone did it.:rotfl2:) -- except for that time, none of the dining plans I got included snacks. I'm so excited this time that I won't have to think about it ($$) when my son asks for popcorn, or slushes, or Goofy gummies, or itzakadoozies... And he asks. All the time. I know I'm exaggerating, but I think we'll recoup the expense of the DxDPP on snacks alone!

Oh, and I meant to say that I just LOVE this thread. Thank you so much for taking the time to put this together!

I have an idea/request/suggestion. I was wondering.... would it be possible when you update the list to put the new/changed items in another color? Now that I've read the entire list carefully (a few times, actually), I would love to be able to scan it and just see quickly what's been added.

Either way, keep up the great work! As you can see, lots of people find this VERY useful!

THANK YOU! :thumbsup2

I know exactly what your son is talking about & there is a difference:goodvibes

We went to Promenade Refreshments near Canada & received a lemonade slushie for a snack credit. It's large & refreshing. I don't know about AK but a had a frozen lemonade at Flame tree & used a snack credit.
