We made them on the 11 night and it was fun. DS loved checking for fish mail every day. Of course I don't have a picture of ours. I used felt and alot of stickers. I am creatively lacking as well. Just wanted to see if I needed to budget for extender gifts.

Okay guys I have a question.

This is my first Disney cruise. I have been on four others all RCCL and approx 10 yrs ago. (another lifetime.) Have any of you been on other cruiselines and can you tell me the differences. I did choose Disney because of my DD and believe it is better for a family vacation. (I wouldn't dream of any other way)

Honestly since going to WDW in Oct/07 for the first time - I'm hooked.

Wow u guys were very chatty while i was away. I have never heard of dr.who before today so i am lost with suzanne. While we were shopping the girls convinced me to buy valentines for their boyfriends. I asked them if i should sign the card... They were not amused.

Don't feel lost girls - I have never heard of Dr. Who either! LOL

I am finally back from my day up north (over 13 hours UGH) - we didn't go to the Rainforest, so, no Veronica!!

I am trying to read and catch up! I feel like my whole life is catching up lately!

No, we've never Cruised with anyone else, and I don't know whether I'd fancy it. We had our first Cruise in 2001, and it wasn't until the January 2007 Cruise where the girls went off to the Teen Club together, and hubby and I started having time to ourselves, that taking a Cruise became a huge part of our holiday.

We love Disney Cruises as there's always so much going on. I feel safe on there, and I know that the girls have got plenty to keep them occupied. I don't miss a casino (though if one was onboard I may try it out).

We've been to WDW 13 times in the last 10 years, and we love it, but we love the Cruises even more

Sorry Laurie, I wish I was creative, but I have trouble just sewing a button on It would be great if someone on here had a sewing machine and could make a few (I'd be very happy to pay for it). I've been looking on ebay too, but I haven't seen anything suitable

On our Jan '07 Cruise, a couple of the girls who I met onboard made me some door signs - and they were great, but I haven't been able to make myself one - like I said, I'm creatively challenged

These were mine, I loved the one that had my tag in it 'If it's not a Bahama Mama, then I'm not interested'

I am also creatively challenged. Like mandy i can't even sew a button i give all sewing projects to my mom...lol

I told her she can never die because who would make thanksgiving dinner(i am also cooking challenged)and who would do all my sewing for me..So she must live forever. She tried retiring from thanksgiving dinner this year but i threatened her with my cooking and she quickly changed her mind..

Morning girls. I am very creatively challenged. For the one that I made for our last cruise, I used the sticky iron on tape and stickers. It was falling apart when we got home, it didn't travel well. I do have a ton of door magnets though. For those I rely on the other talented DISers from the cruise magnet thread.

OK, so creeping up to your mum isn't going to work - so I'm going to have to see if anyone else is creative on here or buy one, as even considering to make one would be a complete waste of time and material

Guess what, hubby has decided to take me away for the evening on Friday to a nearby town, and we're going to go out for a nice meal (woohoo !!), so the girls will probably have a couple of friends over for a sleepover

I'm really looking forward to it I love last minute getaways

Hi all -

I am hanging in over here - enjoying the lazy Sunday - we went to church, ran out to Costco, my little one went w/his friend to another friend's hockey game, so, it is quiet here!

As far as the fish extender - totally loving it - I did see one on ebay - when I typed in Fish Extender, it came up!

Did anyone read the boards from the link that Mandy posted about them? Would you guys be interested in doing something like that??

Mandy - a last minute getaway sounds great! We NEVER do that!

Enough from here for now, I think I'll take advantage of the quiet and watch a movie that I want to watch! LOL
