shelleyr25, what was your itinerary? I think the 2007 currently has us in Nassau on T'giving day, but there was some suggestion that that might change?
Was the thanksgiving meal at the same restaurant as the night before? I know that usually, the Pirate meal is the night that is the repeat. Did they have a different meal at all of the restaurants? I want to do all 3 restaurants and Palo, so I was thinking that maybe we would try to get Palo on Thanksgiving. I know, it is so far off, but it is hard not to plan!!![]()
The only thing about doing Palo on Thanksgiving is that you would not be able to bring the kids and of all the meals on the ship, that to me, was the only one that I felt we should all eat together.
Thanks!! We don't have kids yet, so this won't be a problem for us. Was there a formal night on the cruise, or at least a dress up night?
Did you decorate your door, or notice anyone else who had?
From the DCL Website:
On 4-night cruises:
First night: cruise casual no shorts, swimwear or tank tops
One pirate or tropical night (deck party)
One "dress-up night" jacket for men, dress or pantsuit for women
Final night: cruise casual no shorts, swimwear or tank tops
Some people decorate their doors elaborately. Here is a link to some graphics from a previous post. http://www.mousefest.org/graphics.htm
