2007 tickets specials

Hi everyone. Can you please tell me does Disney ever offer ticket only specials like the ones you get at the moment with the packages of park hopping and water parks for free or are these only ever offered with accommodation packaged.

To this point in time they are package only offers and prior ticket purchases are not eligible. Nothing's written in stone that it can never be expanded to regular tickets some day but the likelihood is minimal.
