I think it will be end of AUg. 07 for us!! I sat down with dh last night and got the go ahead to plan for 07 (I was really wanting to do a 06 trip, but I'll take 07).

We will definitely be going back in May of '07 .... Such a long, long time away.... I went ahead and made me a 'ticker' to give me something to look forward to!!

We are think maybe the second week of dec 07. Does any one know how the crowds are at this time? Also We have stayed at All star sports, The villa's at the disney institute, and Carribean Beach. Does anyone have any good suggestions for another hotel.

It is now official. We can all say....WE ARE GOING NEXT YEAR!!!!

Oh my gosh, I didn't even realize!!! We are planning sometime around Thanksgiving to second week of Dec. 07. The kids want to be there for the filming of the Christmas parade, so we're kind of planning around that, but hoping for a 2 week stay so our dates will be a little flexible. The kids were a little disappointed that they didn't see people like Raven, Hillary Duff, or Christie Carlson Romano when we were there. To them, that's Disney because they watch the teenie bopper shows all the time, not so much the animated movies. I expected there to be an area in MGM at least themed toward current Disney channel stuff, although I knew we wouldn't really see any stars. They're hoping if we go at a time when we know the stars are actually there, we'll have a better chance of seeing a few! (My 9 year old hopes to marry Zach or Cody!)

DH and I will be chaparoning foreign exchange students in Feb 2007...from what I have been told, we will stay at ASMo...like we would have this year, if there had been enough kids go...I am sure there will be another trip, probably September..but nothing planned out yet!

We have 2 trips planned for 2006, and already planning for August 2007 trip to get more use out of an annual pass. There is always another trip to be planned for, it's Disney World.

We are going April 14-21. Dont know where we are staying...I would sleep along the side of any road if I had to, so long as I'm in WDW... It will be my DD, her DGM, my DGD, her DM & two of my best friends...They have never been, so I get to plan the entire trip....I am so happy I could scream.....

We are going Sept 07! Sooo far away! I am working on my scrapbook album from last Sept to help pass the time. We stayed at the Coronado during Labor day week with DS7 and DD8mo.

We have been home for 2 1/2 weeks and I am scheduling another trip for 1/1-9/07 . Will probably stay at ASMu as we did this past trip. Really liked it, very reasonable costs and we had no complaints. Left us lots of excess money to buy pins!!!

wow! And I thought I was the only one who's into long-term planning!

Living in Southern CA, we've been to Disneyland several times but last year was our first trip to WDW, and we all loved it so much and so now we all can't wait to go back! And originally we planned to visit again this year, but there were some change of plans. So this summer, we're visiting relatives in Southeast Asia BUT a Disney trip is still not out of the way...because we also will get to visit HK Disneyland.

So now, I'm planning 2 vacations, 1 for this year, and 1 for August 2007, which will be our first trip home to SSR. I'm so excited, and that's all I could think about right now (which is not really a good thing because I'm currently at work!! )

And here I thought I was one of the first ones to plan my returned trip for 2007. It looks like it will be April or May the worst case scenario will be October or November trip for us. Or maybe if I just happened to “accidentally” purchase AP passes there will be 2 trips in 2007?

This 500 day out booking rule is killing me...I remember when you could book years in advance...it's killing me not to have an official ressie on the books..I have to wait unitl August to book for November 2007

Thanks for the information. We have never stayed at the Polynesian Resort before and did not know how far in advance we would need to book our reservation for Dec.8-15, 2007.
Do you go through a Travel Agent or do it yourself? We have used AAA in the past, but our TA seems reluctant to quote a price until the 2007 rates are available. Good we have the Dis Boards to keep us informed!

You can add us to the 2007 group. We will be at POR for 4 nights beginning Dec 31, 2006. Then on to our first DCL Jan 4-7, 2007. We are so excited. Too bad we still have 11 months til we leave.

What? 2007? I'm planning for 2008 trip. I only know it'll be 7 days at WDW at the POLY. Don't know time of year or anything. With 2 kids in school that year, it'll be hard to do it during that time. Maybe February or June.

It's great to read your planning stories though.

We got home a week ago and are planning another!! We had such great weather and low crowds on our trip that we are thinking of going the week after MLK weekend again!! Not sure where we will stay. We are thinking of staying at Pop again...but we may end up upgrading because my brother and his family also want to come along this time. I've got a lot of planning to do...can't wait...2007 can't get here fast enough!

We leave in 50 days for our Spring Break trip. I think we may also go in September with good friends of ours (who at 75 years young are just as big of WDW fans as I am ). This Christmas we decided to have an extended family WDW trip with DH's 2 brothers, their spouses and kids and my in-laws for summer 2007 ! Oh and I forgot, DS and I have been doing a "mom and me" (and sometimes a friend of DS) Spring Break trip for a few years in a row, SO it is very likely that we'll be there in March 2007. I know, I know.........I have a serious addiction . Thank goodness for DVC, Annual Passes and cheap flights on SWA .

Our return scheduled for June 2007, 2weeks, YEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For now we are planning to stay at Pop Century.

We went with our DD for a college cheerleading trip Jan 2006 and we are leaving March 21-26 (in 32 days) for the VWL and I have now started planning our January 2007. We will stay the weekend of the 12 in the Allstars with our DD and her cheer squad and then on Jan 15-19 we will move to VWL. I have to wait until Feb 20 to book thru DVC but I am so excited. Everything is planned for next months trip so now I get to start all over. I think that is the best part! Happy planning!
