2007 Packages

I just called CRO and made my down payment on my room for next Easter-07. I asked her when the packages will come out for 07 and she said August. Then she asked me if I wanted to talk to Dining-I told her only if they will let me ADR this far out. She laughed and said, "Oh your right!"

I asked her if any codes will come out for Easter and she said if something doesn't come out by October, probably not. She also told me to purchase my tickets now, because they know a price increase is coming. So I am wondering if prices are increasing this summer.

The rate increases have already been posted for the rooms, I don't know about tickets going up though...I was told by one CM, packages for 2007 would be out in June, another CM told me July...I will start to call in June, it would be nice to get both of our 2007 trips booked if indeed ticket prices will be going up!

I'm beginning to think the CMs don't have a clue when the packages are going to be available. I was first told late May or early June. Then early this week I called and they said June or July. Now they're telling OMari August...what's the deal?

I did pay the new price for a moderate during Peak Season "$185 with tax it came to $206.27.

I wish they would eliminate tickets with the Dining Plan. Maybe that is what the hold-up is-and no one can say what month the Package Prices come out.

I wish they would hurry up and release them whatever the reason is!!! I would love to change my "room only" reservation to a MYW package. The wait is really driving me crazy!!!

Do you think you really save anything going with a package. It will be interesting to put the numbers together. I just want the Dining, if you are staying on property, what is the difference if you have it or not, what does tickets have to do with anything. But then again, maybe they need to remind people that most of the resturants are in the parks and you need a ticket to get in the park to eat at the resturant.
