2007 Maintenance Fees

Anyone know how much the rack rates went up at HH and Vero? If the dues keep going up more than the rack rates and you have a mortgage on your DVC it may get to a point where the savings is not that great over the rack rate.

Somewhere there is a thread that contains the detail by line of the 2006 budget. Does anyone know where it is so that we can compare the 2007 budget to the 2006 budget?
