They only asked for my name, not the rest of my party so how would they know if it's not transfered?
Oh well, I know it's my mom and I going so whatever. I just wish they'd be consistent on the policy being read properly.I know...same here, kinda stupid if you ask me. How can they even try to enforce it...as long as the person who bought the tickets shows, you could totally change up the rest of your party (at least for PFTS).
Now with EE, they did ask for all the names of everyone attending.
No matter...unless there is like a serious illness or death in the family, we will be going!
What is hilarious is that DH made me call him at work to let him know if we got our tix. And my two teenagers were doing the happy dance in the kitchen after I gave them the thumbs up!![]()
Oh, for the other folks that said they got transferred to dining-I dialed in at 6:59 and I got transferred to dining immediately too. I figured they must be doing this because of the heavy call volume, so maybe overflow is going to regular dining or they are all just taking the ressies this morning.
oh no! she disconnected me and I'm now getting the "all circuits are busy" message !!
26 minutes from start to finish. I got everything I wanted: Sweet Sunday, Twinings Tea, & Party for the Senses. The cast member was very clear about the Non-refundable policy each time I booked something. I decided I'll call back later today to cancel my conflicting ADRs.

I got through right at 6AM - by the time I tried to book my third F&W pairing it was already sold out. The 10/15 Sushi Sake pairing was gone by 6:10 AM this morning... can you believe that?

I was on the phone calling at 6:59 got right through and booked PFTS and Sweet Sundays...when he tried to book Food and Wine Pairing for Sake, Sushi and Sashimi he told me that there was a problem with the computer for that Event. He asked me if I could call back later.![]()
It wasn't Sold Out he just couldn't book it. This was at 7:05am.
I got through right at 6am CST, but was on hold for about 30 minutes. I did get the Food and Wine Pairing I wanted in Italy on 9/30. She did say that all reservations this year are non-refundable and charged immediately. She didn't ask for any ID though.
