2006 Property Tax Adjustments?

Does anyone have knowledge of any 2006 Property Tax adjustments which will be included in our January ’07 dues assessment?

Unless I totally misunderstood (which is possible) they mentioned at the condo meeting for SSR it would be 2.?? cents per point.

I could be totally off base but I swear that is what I remember hearing. I really hope so because 4.40 - 6.60 extra would be very nice since it is so small.

Anyone also at that meeting confirm?

BCV owners will owe .0366 more per point for the underestimated 2006 property taxes. Each resort will have a slightly different amount owed (or credit balance) based on the difference in taxes estimated for 2006.
