Stacy & Jeff, have a fabulous time! :dance3:

I so wish I was joining you. I am having a severe case of WDW withdrawal right now. Being it's going to be a while before a family visit, I'm hoping that Cedar Point this summer satisfies some of my craving. At least I know I'll be in good company with friends there. :hippie:

Stacy, Jeff and any others that are making a trip to the World have a great time and a safe trip.

I cannot believe that it's already time for Squirt to make his/her appearance. Best of luck to you and your family with the new addition. pixiedust:

I can't believe how fast the time goes either! Best of luck to you Robin and take it easy!

Stacy and Jeff---safe travels.

I can't wait for Cedar Point. Bruce still thinks I'm crazy for wanting to put off moving under after July 15th. He's like--you'd rather go to OHIO than move to Florida?? Ok, so my priorities are a little off---but we can move August 1st! Really, that would be ideal for me--but I just know we're gonna find the dream house for the perfect deal on Friday. I may just come back and be a Florida resident and just have a great big housewarming party down there!

Diana, I hope you and Bruce and the girls have a fabulous time in WDW too!

And, if you find your dream home this trip or next, I'm there for the housewarming party! party: :jumping1: party:

That's so funny because today before we went to the park I drove through Dunkin Donuts to get some coffee. Well the girls both started screaming we want donuts!!! I had already packed a picnic lunch and I knew my friend was bringing cookies, so I said the dumbest think I think I'll ever say---there's a sign here that says they're out of donuts. :lmao:

Diana,

That is way too funny!!!:rotfl2: :lmao: I used to tell my girls things like that also!! But now that they can read, I cant do it anymore!!! I just have to tell them no!

Well, You guys have been busy for the last few days! So was I, and haven't checked in lately! Heres a little catching up

Steve, Those are some really great pics of the Grand Canyon, I've always wanted to go, but never had the opportunity! I was in Pheonix for work once, but there was no playing, only work! Now, I think its time head west!

Julie and Matt, Have a safe and fun trip! Hopefully the bad weather is over for you!

Happy Belated Birthday, Cindy!! (29???? And you don't look a day over 25! Who would have guessed)

Stacy and Jeff, Safe and fun travels! Hope you enjoy your kidless time!!!

Robin, I can't believe the days here so soon! It just seems like yesterday you were telling us you were expecting! No worries!! Your a great mommy to Ian, and you will be just as good to the little squirt! Just relas until the big day!

Diana, Safe travels to you guys!! Good luck in your house hunting! Hopefully you find a great place, and have that huge house warming party!

And if there is anyone I forgot I'm sorry! I'm here at work, trying to keep up with both work and here! Have a great weekend!

We are going to start tearing up our kitchen tomorrow! Wish me luck, neither one of knows anything about this kinda stuff! Tonight is fun, fun, fun, for us, we are going to a surprise graduation party! One of Tim's friends just got his masters in education, and his wife is throwing a surprise graduation party! Can't wait!

Wow! You guys have been busy! Gone 2 days and talk, talk, talk!

What a weekend!!! I will give you a trip report of our 1 night Princess Cruise and you all will appreciate Disney and Port Canaveral even more!

Friday morning DH and I left town @ 5:00 am to drive to Seattle. Drove to the Pier and parked our car. Went in to use the restroom and the buses arrive early. We loaded and were off to Vancouver, B.C. by 8:30 am. Drive was nice. Got through customs farely quickly and headed to the Pier. This is where the night mare began! The entire downtown area is under road construction. Apparently with the 2010 Olympics coming the city is building a mass transit to the airport. Literally if the road is opened it only has 1 lane. The bus we were on almost took out a traffic light trying to turn a corner. The pier parking was wall to wall people. Total Chaos!!!! We found out this morning why it was so chaotic but yesterday was a nightmare!!! After we got off the bus all we saw were people!!!! We got in a line that snaked so many directions you were just hoping you were in the correct line. After standing in line for 3 1/2 HOURS (YES, HOURS) we finally got on the ship. We were supposed to sail @ 5:00 pm and we did not leave until 6:30 pm. To find out this morning there were 3 ships all leaving at the same time from the same pier. Well, two of the ships did not arrive until 10:00 am and people were getting off the ship until 2:00 pm. No communication with passengers waiting in line. Anyway, after we were on the ship and got to our room the balcony was BIG enough for a table with 4 chairs. The bathroom was the size of 1/2 of the split bathrooms on Disney. The shower barely had room for 1. I could sit on the toilet and spit in the sink at the same time (tiny bathroom). Big closet and the room was the size of a Disney inside category 11 stateroom. I really appreciate the Disney rooms and bathrooms even more!;) Dinner was interesting. The waiter never spoke. He did not bring my ice tea, butter or coffee I ordered with dessert. Very long dinner too! The show was kind of boring. We actually walked out of the show half way through. The smoking in the casino, bars and lounges was very yukky!!! Breakfast was interesting too. I ordered a mushroom omlete (it came with no cheese, I guess I needed to order the omlete with cheese too:confused: ). I ordered hash browns and received ham:laughing: . To top it off when we left the room @ 6:30 am we put the privacy notice on the door. We came back a 7:45 am to twin beds (we had a queen) that were already made. HUH? Our steward was in our room while we were at breakfast and we had the privacy notice on the door.:scared1:

Another agent in my agency had about the same type of experience. We are going to write Princess and let them know how our trip went. This was my first Princess experience and first embarkation in Vancouver, B.C. I was so glad this did not happen to a client because I am sure I would have lost their future cruise travel. I apologized to DH for taking yesterday off from work to experience this cruise horror!:sad2:

Port canaveral has the best embarkation and deparkation process we have found so far. You pay more for Disney and I think you get what you pay for. What a weekend!:headache:

Wow thats sounds like the crew viewed you in a negative way and didnt care if you were treated well or not since it was just one day. I sure hope Princess listens to the comment you all make.

SQuid

Happy Monday :sunny:

Roxann, I'm sorry your cruise wasn't as magical as it could have been. It sounds like with just a little more communication to the passengers, you probably would have left with a little better impression.

Did everyone see the new policy about smoking at the resorts? There isn't any smoking rooms and you are not allowed to smoke off your balcony. As a smoker, I think I can live with the changes.

I saw that Amanda. I wonder though how they are really going to enforce it but that's another subject all together. I think more and more places are going non-smoking. I know the mall where I live is non-smoking, even outside the entrances to the buildings. Our town is on a huge non-smoking ban and most restaurants are now entirely smoke free as well.

I hope everyone is having a great week. And, for those in WDW, a fantastic time! :cheer2:
