Yep. because the only thing I can really remember from that trip is that every time we'd hit a wave, I thought for sure I was going to bounce up and land in Gail's lap!!

That's ok, I probably sat on Stacy's hands throughout the ride! That was a very fun ride, MUCH better than the one we had in September.

It's funny all the little memories we each have. My only rememberance is saying to myself the entire time--I REALLY should have shaved my legs before spending that whole time rubbing up agains Karen! Thankfully, she decided that it was the extra friction that helped keep us on the banana!

Ok, my mailman came and I got pictures from Judy/Sandy and MaryJ. I can't wait to look at them all, but I have to go get Emily from school. Darn!!!

Cindy did write pretty good soap operas Curt. You guys can team up Curt can do the adventure Cindy can do the romance! Now will there be any handsome men in Canada when I kidnap Stacy?

I think it's really cute when kids pick up on us calling Julia "J". We've gotten most of their friends calling her J now too. She's probably gonna hate it when she gets older! It's funny because it didn't start out as an intended nickname for us. No offense Julie, but I can't stand "Jules" I can actually see a woman being called "Jules" but I can't see a baby. I rarely call Julia Julia, I almost always call her J now. It started out when J was born and Emma was only 13 months old. She obviously couldn't say Julia and I call Emma "Em" all the time. So we were joking one day saying, I can name my kids after letters, I'm Di, my mother always called me "D" not "Die" and Emma is "Em". Emma was able to say "J" so it stuck for her and then eventually us. Now we get questions from school because at prayer time, Emma always mentions J and know she doesn't have a brother and wonder how she can get J from Julia. Now everyone calls her J! One day she's going to demand to be called Julia Kathleen just to make up for us cutting her name down so short!!

I don't know, Diana. I have a friend who's daughter is named Elizabeth, and they call her "E." In fact, she'll just about bite your head off if you call her Liz or Beth or any other variation of Elizabeth. For her it's "E" or Elizabeth. Nothing else! I think "J" is just fine!

None taken - I was not ever called Jules till high school or college. As a child my nickname was often "weed" as my last name ended with "wood" - I know, weird.

We got some great news today...our exchange with II came up with a match. It is for a studio the week before we originally wanted to go. Needless to say we grabbed it. Since we were planning on a regular hotel room a studio should suit our needs just fine. I'm going to wait for the confirmation to come in and then I will call and change our original package to flight only. Yeah!
