Also, at the new Castaway Club Celebration you get Mickey Rice Krispy Treats. Two different ones. One is regular and the other is half dipped in chocolate!

Q's my princess (Laurie) who was on the 11 night with us wanted rice krispy treats everynight after that for dessert. Ivana (our server) went on the illusive hunt for the Mickey Treats and sure enough, she found the stash and Laurie had them every night after that!

Oh, and the number kept growing and growing, because more and more of the 12 of us at our table decided each night they were great to take back to our rooms for a late night bedtime snack!

Dont let my girls in on this secret...they love rice krispies...I will never get them to bed!!!

Long ago, I stopped saying "my friend that I met online" because of the looks that people would give me. So, now I just say "my friend who lives in ....." because then people accept it without giving me that look like "OMG, you met someone online that wasn't a serial killer".

I do remember going to my first DIS meet and being asked if I ever met anyone from online before. Nope, but I'm glad it went well and I've made friends that I'll see again this cruise as well as friends I have yet to meet in real life.

Thats too funny..when I went to breakfast with you guys, my mom asked me are these people ok...you did meet them on the internet...and you only meet weirdos there... I just told her...they are just like me, Disney fanatics...then she said she should be worried...I may come home loving Disney even more!!

That was the response from my one friend yesterday - aren't you afraid they will be serial killers. I informed her I met people on a cruise meets thread on a Disney message board - not some chat room for swingers!

Funny...why does everyone think that??

Here's a few more tips for the soft serve (which is now at Goofy's Galley which is in the place of Scoops).


1) Grab a cup from the drink station and fill it part way up with soft serve. Go back to the drink station and add Coke for a Coke float. Sorry no root beer at the drink station. Thanks to Karen (ohiomnnie) for this one.

2) Grab a couple of cookies from the buffet. Put some soft serve on one and the other cookie on top. Instant ice cream sandwhich! Thanks to Jim (Scuba Diver from the blabbermouths) for this one.

Delicious ideas...my girls will thank you for the cherry coke float...they love ice cream floats!!

Oh I think we have all been there before. I feel your pain.
What is it with in-laws, is there some unwritten rule that they are required to drive you nuts!?

The stories I hear are awful, but I never had to deal with inlaws, so I don't know from experience...never had the privalege of knowing my inlaws

Okay, all caught up. It's time to work on packing now.

Oh yeah, yesterday we didn't get a visit from the UPS guy with our docs, but we did have the police come out. ::cop: They got a call from the alarm company that we'd set off the panic alarm. Huh? Our alarm has been disconnected for the past couple of months with all the construction going on.

The panic alarm because the UPS guy still hasnt brought your cruise Docs???

Hey everyone - we have survived!! Emily had a great party and the little girls seemed to have a lot of fun. And, my mom as the Fairy Godmother worked out fantastically. Here's a couple of pictures.

Hi everyone we just got back from Disney. WOW page 1420 my notes here say the last page I read was 1251. Guess i got some reading to do. I just wanted to give a quick review. DH and I checked into to the Yacht Club on tues. lovely room with a king bed. We did the F&W fest adults only until fri. I am sure I gain 5lb! We did the Chilean dinner on thur night and they drove us around the backstage area in a towncar to get to the dinner. Our son and grandparents joined us on fri. and we moved into a 2 bedroom at SSR. It was our son birthday and we had a Mickey cake from the Boardwalk bakery. Next we went to MNSSHP. What a birthday even the grandparents were impressed.

back...sounds like you had a wonderful and enjoyable trip!!!

We might try to make it over to EPCOT next Sunday for the new NEMO ride. We'll have to see how it goes, since technically Chris is still on call.

We took my parents out to Japanese tonight. Mom has been working hard on the costumes. DH's is complete. Looks great! Mine and DD's are probably 2/3 complete. They are gonna be fun to wear! Can't wait to be a pirate!

Update on the gecko in my garden - still haven't caught him but I'm hoping he can survive the cold weather coming to Michigan later this week - they said the "s" word on the news tonite.

All printed and folded. Next step is the packet labels and assembling the packets!

Hey guys - chat was fun tonight and I'm sorry that I never came back. I left to go give Madison some cough medicine and found that she was also running a 103 degree fever. We tried to give her some medicine, but it backfired and she got sick. YUCK!!! Anyway, so we had to clean up, give her a bath and try to get her back to sleep (which she's now doing in our bed with Chris).

Curt - I saw that you were trying to ask a question about parking fees and I sent you a PM.

Hope that Madison is feeling better soon

DD only has school 2 days this week. So, Wednesday she is going to help me prepare meals at Dinner's Ready. Then we are going to figure out her vacation clothes. What fits and what doesn't and what she thinks is COOL enough to wear! She says she wants to be a designer when she grows up, so we already have to compromise on what she likes and what I will allow her to wear. Can't wait until she is a teenager
