2006 DDP official site?

Could someone point me to the official 2006 DDP site with all the rules and restrictions?

I read in one of the thread that desert is not included in the CS meal anymore. I just want to make sure that is correct.

Dessert isn't included with breakfast, for both TS & CS. It's still included for lunch & dinner. Sorry, I don't have the link you want.
