The lanyard/cardholder is a convenient way to hold your Key to the World card. The cardholders that I mentioned let the card slide out easily to pay for drinks or souvenirs in the gift shop or open your stateroom door but the cards won't fall out on their own.
Disneyland does have a bunch of lanyards/cardholders for sale. The cardholders there are the little plastic ziploc pouch things.
We brought two-way radios on our last cruise because we were at WDW for a week before the cruise. I don't think we used them often.
DS should be losing a tooth soon if he'd ever shake it. He has a problem shaking his baby teeth. His permanent tooth is fully out but he won't shake his loose tooth.
He's lost 4 on the bottom and 3 on the top so far. 4 baby teeth had to be pulled by the dentist (he looked like a shark with 2 rows of teeth on the bottom), I pulled 1 baby tooth (and he's never forgotten that), and the 2 front teeth he waited until they literally fell out of his mouth. I've got some Disney Dollars ready in case he loses his tooth on the cruise.
I think I read somewhere that guest services will give you "pixie dust" (glitter) for the tooth fairy.
