I will be posting pictures of our DD's high school graduation next week...the big day is on Wednesday!

How did you get onto a wait list for Alaska etc? What a trip that would be (not to mention any other specials DCL are considering). After Panama - I'd sign up for any trip (although I might have problems getting time off for a round the world cruise!

Celeste, could be a musk rat…. That would be my first guess, if it swims and has a long rat like tail. Wow I got to use my MA in Environment Ed.

Okay.... I was able to see this creature get out of the water. It does not have a rat like tail- not a muskrat.

I thought it was a beaver....but the tail isn't wide enough or as wide as I perceive it should be. It has a long tail- roughly a 6-10 inces long, probably furry or atleast it looked that way (or it was just wet).


Any suggestions?

I did get photos but I won't have them until next week as I work tomorrow and the rest of the weekend.

It is not any specific cruise. You are on a waitlist, so that when they open the dates you have 1st pick/priority. Then you decide if you want the trip and then give up the $$$

Kara, do not remind of that Pub night. There I was, relaxed and very happy after celebrating my 26th anniversary in Palo when my "friend" starts yelling "PICK THEM, ITS THEIR ANNIVERSARY!!!"

I'm trying to block out what followed. Can't afford the therapy I'd need with the cruise bill that's coming in.

Now who would do something like that? Kara you did take pictures to share with everyone didn't you?

I didn't thank everyone for the gifts yet. When I arrived home the first thing my kids wanted were the gifts I bought them. DD was not too impressed with what I bought her. Quick thinking, I pulled out my supersize bag of cruise gifts from all of you. You should have seen her face light up.

DH has proclaimed that there are no more trips of a lifetime without him. So we will both be joining in on a reunion cruise. The spring of 2007 includes both my 40th birthday and my 20th anniversary, so a special trip is in order.

I am sorry to hear about so many accidents and illnesses. I hope that everyone is feeling much better now. I came home to complete chaos but was so relaxed from cruising that I have handled each crisis with ease.

I think we should all get together for a reunion chat on June 14th. I miss everyone so much.

P.P.P.S Lynda & Cash...sorry about TPIR....I couldn't remember where you were staying and none of the Disers we saw knew either. It would have been fun.

Hi all...TPIR, in fact, was a bust...To all those who signed up to go and then got separated in all the fun, I can only say that TPIR dropped the ball...I got to the Tropicana after the cruise and things got a little strange...Thanks forever to Bette and Kim for bailing me out AGAIN...little did any of us know but after I left the train at DL, I caught a man in my scooter basket when the scooter lurched to a stop, scooping him up from behind...literally!...dead battery...AGAIN...right in the middle of Main Street. After being OOGAH-ed at by a vintage car, a CM stopped by to help and called an alert into the wheelchair rental kiosk and helped me get out of the middle of the street...then I lurched my way little by little to the rental kiosk where the scooter died...right at the feet of Don and Larry, who, on their way to dine at Club 33, gave a whole new meaning to the term manual transport...They pushed be to a Main Street inner sanctum where I plugged in the scooter for half an hour....Remember...When I left the train I was rushing back to the Tropicana to meet my Mom who had announced her arrival on Kim's cell phone...Well, I got a brief charge and left DL and trundled off to the hotel, located across Harbor Blvd, where the scooter died AGAIN... at the door to the room...What does this have to do with TPIR? Mom says the tickets, ordered MONTHS before the cruise, never arrived... I requested that they be sent to her as I would be departing during the delivery window specified by the station. Bummer. I didn't make it to a Walking in Walt's footsteps tour, sorry, Kathy...either. I did, however, run into Cassie and her parents, from the 10-day cruise...They said hi to all and enjoyed news of the cruise...The friends in common, the sailaway gifts, the adventures in literacy for Cash, and cracking the Canal....
I had a great cruise... Oh, you guys made it SOOOO happy and fun!

Could it be a Nutria?

The ones we have here have wider tails than this picture shows.

I picked up the African Nectar yesterday along with a green tea w/jasmine (I forget the name and I'm too lazy to go downstairs and check!)

DS, Sean, loves tea, so he is very excited about the new additions. He wants more with CAFFIENE though!

Kim, thanks for the "head's up." I already have a call into my TA to see if we can be added to at least the Alaska wish-list. We've been saying for a long time we wished that Disney would do trips to Alaska, because we've always wanted to go up there on a cruise, but I'm too chicken to try another cruise line. I'm hooked on DCL!

I can't now remember (sorry, been a long day at work already) who asked about the marathon, but I do know Joe (Leslie's hubby) is planning to run both the 1/2 and the full marathons this year. I guess they will be held on consecutive days instead of the same day this time, so he's going to try for finishing both. CRAZY

Not sure if you get the same shows that we do here in Canada but right now on the Discovery Channel is a show about the possible widening the Panama Canal to accommodate the new cargo ships which currently do not fit in the locks.
