Sorry so far off topic, but... Does anyone know if 'Wicked' is kid-friendly? I have read a bunch about it and still can't figure out if it is ok to take my kids.

It is coming to Atlanta in May and tickets go on sale tomorrow.

Hi, there!! I can't tell you today, but I can in a month!!! We're seeing it on the 3rd of Jan. If it's ANYTHING like the book, I'm nervous about seeing it with my 19yo neice!!! Have you read the book? It's VERY dark....I'm 2/3 of the way through it and it's NOT a kid's book!

I'm sure you could sell the tickets if you bought them and changed your mind, but then it's got rave reviews, so I'm sure it's not that dark.....I sure hope. I keep thinking, while reading the book, how the HECK are they gonna do this on a stage?!?!?!?

I got tickets for the beginning of July in NYC. We were going to go on a Princess cruise out of NYC, but due to DH's work schedule, turns out it's going to be a mother daughter grandkid trip just to NYC.

It sure is kid friendly. Lot's of children when we saw it (two times). No bad language, and effects that did not seem to scare anybody in the audience. Enjoy the show it's a good one.

Music and staging are great I don't want to say much and ruin it for you guys
