We're a GTY Cat 4 and still no room number. Yes, we're fully paid. Yes, I check the DCL site every day to see if we've been assigned a room. I know some GTY people have found out their room numbers, but sadly, that doesn't apply to all. As soon as I know, I'll update our info :hyper:

Maybe you'll get even a bigger surprise and get an upgrade. One can only hope!!!

I would bet you will see some changes with the 90 day mark hitting.

We're a GTY Cat 9 and we also have no room number assigned. I've been paid now for a few weeks and I check everyday to see if they've given us a number yet but DCL advised me that it is possible a room number won't be assigned until we receive our documents (which I understand is a couple of weeks before the cruise). We've also requested a certain deck & room number if possible but again was advised that they may not be able to honour it. For us, it doesn't matter as long as we have a window - we can live with anything since we're hoping to not spend much time in our room - there are just too many activities we want to attend.

I have a question about the sailaway parties & gifts - DCL is booking our air travel and we won't know until 30 days prior if we will be able to attend both parties or just the late one (all depends on when we fly in). For the sailaway gifts - I'm making special customized lifesavers wrappers and I know that some people are attending both parties - do I need to have enough gifts for each family at both parties or for just each family regardless of which party you attend?

Not to worry...The magic that is being shared, in all its forms, is keeping this cruise from being like sharing a downtown elevator. The people bringing extras to what Disney CMs provide are having fun and expect that the others on the cruise will have fun, too...Nobody will get grumpy at a missed surprise...there will be plenty to go around...It will all overlap....I expect that those who do not need what I enclose in my goodie bags will offer the contents to other cruisers...Those who have not made friends on this list, people who share their dinner table, people who are neighbors on the same deck...This magic is for everyone to share...a bit at a time...

The problems on the 10 day were that on the first day of booking some of the CM's said you couldn't book, then they couldn't find the excursions since they had never been offered before. But then for other's, it was no problem at all. I think it was just who you talked to. Just be persistent and if the CM doesn't give you the answer you want, ask to talk to their supervisor or call back and you will probably get a different CM with a different answer! I asked them to immediately fax me confirmation so I had it in my hot little hands. I didn't get it. So in a couple of days I called back and talked to someone else and they had my excursion in there and they faxed me a confirmation.

About the patch and the pin. I LOVE the pin AS IS. My earlier comments about color changes were regarding the patch, not the pin. I also answered Ivanova's questions about background and font color, whether that's for pin and /or patch.

I didn't mean to sound ungrateful or trying to change the design/color of the pin. I don't expect nor request for Ivanova's DH to do anymore work than he already has done for us!

Hi everyone, I'm sorry this is my first time posting in a long time. We are still going...YEA!!

I was just wondering if anybody wanted to link ressies for early dinner seating w/us? We have been on 2 prior Disney cruises, linked ressies the 1st cruise and had a great time at dinner...we didn't the 2nd and dinner felt kind of boring.

I prefer another family with young children so we won't get on anybody's nerves..lol.(Our DS is going to turn 5 on 5/15 and our daughter just turned 2). PM me if you are interested. Thanks! :flower:

To make sure we get our pins in time for the cruise, I will need to get the payment to Susan by 3/14 the latest. Ideally, we should have the order cut off on 2/14, which would give everyone 3 weeks to get the payment to me. We can extend that by a week, as I am padding this to leave no room for errors. I figure I need the payment by 3/7. Susan says she needs the payment by 3/14, and will order by 4/1, so we will have our pins by 4/29 (this leaves only a 2 week window for error) Once we cut off the orders, I will contact Susan with our total, and then she will get the pricing. I will PM everyone as well as post the price. Initially, I was going to just purchase them, and collect when I pass them out

I know this will come as a complete surprise to everyone, but one of my interests is improv comedy. Since DCL took the improv out of Off-Beat, it's up to us to bring improv back to the Magic. So, I'll be "hosting" some improv games on one of the at sea days TBD. Anyone interested? No experience necessary. It's just for fun. Audience members needed, too, but a minimum drink requirement may be imposed to enhance the comedic value of participants. Must be 18 or older to participate. Some restrictions may apply. Offer valid in 49 U.S. States. Sorry, Tennessee!

this is a silly question - I can't seem to get into the shore excursion form on the DCL site - I can find the telephone number but I can't seen to find times - what time can we call tomorrow (Sunday) to make our reservations? What time zone as well is it in?

I'm panicking that I won't be able to get the excursions I want - I'm hoping that they won't sell out quick.
