But I know the first of the 7
was on the Magic 3 day to get our Feet wet to Large Cruise ships as we had done Several Trips in the BVI's on a 3 Masted Schooner Called the Sir Francis Drake 165' in Length and it Met its Demise Off The Coast Of St. Martins During a Hurricane it was in Wet Dock With The Main Engine out for Repair on St. Martins, Broke Loose From it's Mooring and Sank They even Know the Exact Loction.. Was Great Fun and No More than Dcl cruises.
Even less in Price with Total Passengers Being About 24 Met Some Great Folks.. We actually had a trip Booked ! Can Be compared to WindJammer barefoot Cruises. and We once Chartered a Sail boat for a week in the BVI's
52 feet in length. ISLAND TRADER Motor Sailing they called it. 17 foot beam For our honeymoon.. Just the 2 of Us .. Oh and the Captain and the cook.. Husband and Wife what a life ... Great Fun..

But Can also Say that We havee tried todo each Route With the changesthey have implamented.

I'm so jealous of everyone's many Disney cruise vacations. Our list is quite short:

Nov 2004 - 4 day Disney Wonder (to see if we would like a cruise)
May 2005 - 14 day Disney Magic

Everyone thinks we're nuts going from a 4 day to a 14 day but we look at it this way - it's a trip of a lifetime and it can't come soon enough!!

We were out for dinner tonight with my brother & sister-in-law and and I said to my Mom that at this time in 10 weeks we'll be dining on the ship!!!!!!!!

Just 69 days away!!!!!!

May 2005 Magic 14N Panama Canal (hopefully Disney will have more special events for this cruise, on the Magic's maiden voyage all they had was a plane flying around Port Canaveral with a banner, they even asked passengers to stay away when the Govenor of the Bahamas officially welcomed the ship. That said the voayage was still wonderful.)

These followed several cruises?? on EPA research vessels where "hotbunking" was common and showers were only allowed once a week if the desalinator was working!

For Hubby they also followed 20+ years in the Coast Guard Reserve, so you might think enough water!!

But who can resist cruising and Disney!

Ok I guess I should also add the maiden voyage, couldn’t let Peter and you others have all the fun. Wow that was a really hard decision. Again I guess I should tell Lynn.

Working on our Arm Chair Traveler presentation, sorting photos editing and then putting into a power point. SCUBA class this afternoon, and gotta do the dog walk. We had our middle pup spayed on Friday and she is moving kinda slow.

Good sailing music, sound track from Master and Commander, and Pirates of the Caribbean, and don’t forget the classic Muppets Treasure Island.

Yes you do get used to it and yep Listening to "Vacation” channel. Bimini is a special place to us. Lynn did her Open water dives there. Just a great out island, Have our names on the ceiling at the End of the World Bar. Stayed at the Complete Angler, Papa Hemmingway’s hang out where he wrote Islands in the Stream. Bimini Twist talks about the Bimini Road and Hemmingway, etc. Fun to fly the Chalks Sea Plane to get there

If I get a chance today I will check out a Buffett web site to see where it is from .

Yard work ??? hard for us now as we still have a foot of snow on the ground.

I know this will come as a complete surprise to everyone, but one of my interests is improv comedy. Since DCL took the improv out of Off-Beat, it's up to us to bring improv back to the Magic. So, I'll be "hosting" some improv games on one of the at sea days TBD. Anyone interested? No experience necessary. It's just for fun. Audience members needed, too, but a minimum drink requirement may be imposed to enhance the comedic value of participants.

Seaulater = Disboard Navigator. The Navigator To Be Made and delivered to everyone's "fish" for when they arrived at their stateroom door.
I will make up the navigator (for everything we have scheduled prior to the cruise), print, bring, and deliver to everyone. I will also bring extras for the sailaway party(ies).
What has been done in the past is that the Navigator was posted, before we left on a website and then people could print out if they wanted.

So here's what it will list:
1. People's names; location and whether they are playing tag or not..
2. Each day and the schedule of disboard activities for that day.
3. A place for Notes.
4. Anything else that might be deemed important.

Some folks are staying at 2 of the most stayed at resorts at the Port
Ron Jons and the Radisson, no official meets have been Set up as of yet but Look for folks all day around the pool area's also several others at the Airport hyatt and plans are in works.
