2005 Merchandise - anyone that's been down recently?

We're on our way in just 10 days!!! Just wondering if anyone has seen any 2005 merchandise at the parks - is there a new logo or anything this year, or can you purchase any 50th celebration gear? (Curious if this will be out early, or not until May.)

Would love to know what's being offered this month - thanks!!

Actually they have had 2005 gear out for a while. We where there shortly after Thanksgiving and they already had it out. But I doubt they will have the 50th out till May. I will be there this coming weekend and ill look.

Disney is trying to make a big push this year for the 50th I have seen more commercials so far this year than ever before. So if they dont put the 50th gear out now that just gives you that much more reason to go back after it start to get the gear.

We were down a couple of weeks ago, and saw some 2005 shirts and such, but nothing for the 50th yet.

I didn't really see any 50th merchandise yet (we were there until last Sunday, the 2nd), but they were rolling out 2005 merchandise. The biggest change I noticed was that the new logo seems to be "Where the Party Never Ends". I bought a photo album, my sister bought a t-shirt, and we saw scrapbooks, among other things.

We were there in October and I got the 2004 Mickey... Does anyone know if they have a new 2005 Mickey????

If you go on laughingplace.com they have some of the new 2005 WDW merchandise- if you want to see the logo. It's kind of a swirly mickey head (like the disneyquest logo) with 2005 in primary colors. I think its similar to the 2004 logo, I was wishing it would be different, but I guess there's only so much they can do with it. I can't wait til my May trip so I can buy the scrapbook. If anyone has seen the 2005 12"x12" scrapbook, what does it look like? Is it flocked/fuzzy like the 2004 one? -Steph

Thanks for all the great replies - sounds like plenty of 2005 merchandise is around now. I'm also curious to hear about the 2005 scrapbooks - has anyone purchased a 2005 one yet?
