[/list]So even if this thread is closed and some day long forgotten. I won't forget the friendships we formed while creating it. I'm thankful that we will be cruising with many of you again in the future. (If you haven't already sign up for the 5/27/06 cruise - it promises to be fun too).

It has been a real pleasure to be associated with a group of folks as nice and easy going as this one!

Hopefully the "Magic" will continue on the Double Scoop thread/cruise as well. It already is WELL on it's way!!

Mary, that was a great summation. But we don't have to lose this thread, do we? Can't we get it moved to the Community Board? Or if we keep posting, will it stay here? We need a place for our lost comrades to find us. You know, the ones that haven't posted in a while.

Not sure when/if this thread will close down, but I thought since today is the one month mark since we set sail that it would be a good time to recap some of the things that make this group special.[/size][/font]

A whole hearted "amen" to all of that!!

I'm afraid that this was the "cruise of a lifetime" and nothing will ever come close to being as great.

I know over the past year this thread has been such an enjoyment to me. I wasn't able to take part in as much as I wanted to on the ship - but DH isn't a joiner. But the knowledge and friendship offered on this thread is something that I just won't forget!

All of the friendly "Hello's" while on board was just so much fun and then stopping and chatting to some of the"Dis" members made it feel like a huge family reunion!


Ok, I will stop babbling on and on here........................

My thoughts exactly!!! Friends that we met that felt more like family (now, that can be a scary thought!)
