Just an FYI....Gus, the same thought has crossed my mind more than once....my verandah is looking better all the time.
AND, by the way....it has nothing to do with weight limit.......
My first assumption was correct, it's more a matter of evacuation.

And I wouldn't be at all surprised to find out that for DCL, it's also a matter of money. IF we were paying for a room for the party....they'd make more than if they let me have it on my verandah.
But, not a problem. We have it under control.

Can I ask a question without everyone yelling at me??
Does it really matter what nights are themed nights, and formal, etc?
I have a certain number of outfits, and they will be suitable for whatever night......

I'm not going to yell. It doesn't really matter to me either. I would just like to know. It won't bother me if I don't find out. I'll wear whatever I have and be satisfied. DH told me today that he thinks that DCL may not be telling us because they want to keep some element of surprise in the whole thing.

Totally fair question! I like to pack a specific outfit for each night...that way I don't have to think on the cruise. Plus, I was secretly hoping for two formal or semi-formal nights, where I could bring more dressy stuff. But I would feel weird dressing up that much if nobody else did. Plus, DH will only dress up if forced under penalty of plank walking... ARGH!
