Good morning everyone! A very wet day here in Chicagoland!

It is, however, Friday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So we are getting one week closer to our cruise date. Yeah!

Very wet here in Iowa also. My sump pump is running about every 60 seconds. (For those of you who don't have basements a sump pump keeps the basement from flooding). I didn't know anything about them till we moved to the midwest.

Lynda - glad to hear everything is okay where you are, those twisters can be nasty things. Where do you live in Texas? We spent 2 years in Corpus Christi while husband was in the Navy. As a matter of fact, I got my degree from Texas A & M, Corpus Christi.

Today is Brownies day. We are going to the supermarket as a troop to buy food for the homeless. Than it is off to a birthday party.

At Last, THE SUN is shining on the lands just north of Austin...woke me up, in fact. YAYYY!! Pool will be ok. No pumping!! More sorting clothes for May vacation...

The wife and I decided we will attend the presentation.
They have a fully supervised day care/ babysitting area who will watch the kids free of charge while we get the sales pitch.
They are also throwing in a $50.00 gift certificate for their restuarant, plus a free 7 night condo stay anywhere in the world.

We are hoping that the presentation will be harmless and in the end worth it. ( one bedroom condo and lazy river with water slide )
