I know it's silly - I mean, I have my flight times and even seat #s on the planes. I know what my stateroom # is (2506). I know I'm doing the Fury Catamaran Thingie-Ma-Bob (technical term) in Cozumel, and I have the confirmation paper for that. I know that I have ressies at Palos on Weds the 4th at 7pm. I know I have the romance package. There's nothing much the docs can TELL me, but I want to HAVE them!

Mebbie I'll go bug my MIL and see if she's heard anything yet...she's never going to book a trip for us again if I keep this up!

Got our flight info with a return flight leaving MCO at 11:30 AM. I have no idea if that is too early and we'll be too rushed or if that is an okay time. I know DW will have to be dragging me off the ship which may tend to slow her down a bit, but otherwise there isn't anything to delay us. Whatcha think?

our return flight is 12:30. There are a few posts where people ask this, and my impression is that you won't have any problem at all getting on an 11:30 return flight home.

Just started nudging MIL about my docs, as she is going to FL on the 14th and I want to get them BEFORE she leaves!!

and went - no documents again today . Hope I don't end up being the only e-document traveler.

MIL says the docs will go to the travel agency she works through (she's an 'outside' agent for the agency she used to work full time for - now she just does it part time for free travel and perks), and she'll instruct them to send the package to our house directly if she's in FL at the time.

They better come before that, that's not till next week!! *sigh*

ps - are there REALLY e-docs or are you just being silly? *confuzzled*

There really WILL be e-docs if I don't get the others. I don't know if they will be legal, but I'm gonna learn to forge so I get on that big ship 'cause ain't nobody sailing without me and my green sneakers!!

That's the secret! They haven't sent you your docs yet because your sneaks scare them...they're worried the captain won't be able to see over the glare!





Of course, I own nothing neon lime green, so I wonder why *I* haven't got MINE yet... *sigh*

So DH just informed me that he spoke to his mom, and she found out after talking to DCL today that the docs are being put together today, and UPS'ed to us tonight or tomorrow morning, so Dean, they are on the way!

And get this! They booked us for EVERYTHING!! We now have the following:

Dinner @ Palos Weds the 4th at 7pm
Champagne Brunch Monday the 2nd at 10am (which the Disney lady said are pretty full up already, apparently the Romance Package is VERY popular!)
An hour and a half spa treatment Monday the 2nd at 4:45pm.

The DCL lady also told my MIL to tell us to "get the kids out of the room Weds night", because that evening after Palos is our "romantic turndown"...and it's supposedly "VERY ROMANTIC"...so we just informed the kids that Monday they'll be alone alot, and Weds they are to be out of the cabin that night! *grin*

So apparently they are now taking all these ressies prior to boarding as a courtesy to those that buy the packages!

DW spoke to DCL today & was told docs would be coming from TA (Expedia.com). TA said they are still running behind but will have docs to us no later than one week prior to departure. I tell you, the only sure way must be e-docs. Cap, I'm pitching up a tent right behind you at the kiosk.

Hang in there Dean... the docs will come... and even if they didn't, they would still have to let you onboard... we just got our new DCL video in the mail today so we're going to watch it tonight (and tomorrow night, and the next night...)

Sorry I haven't posted lately. Finally got caught up on all the posts! We do have our room number - 6558. Spoke to TA today and I now have the flight info -- We have a Noon flight out on Feb 7. TA said the docs should be coming any day now!

The low tonight is -15. I need sunshine and warm weather. Counting the days!

You know guys, while I may be trying to dance - but there's no floor space, it is so scary how much packing I have left to do and I ain't talking cruise packing!

I checked in a couple times yesterday but I was running around all day doing stuff. Am I crazy or what? I'm attempting to have a moving sale on Saturday. Come on by, I've got lots of junk to move!

It's looking better for us to get the house we want in Puyallup - tho nothing is fer sher. It's been hard not knowing where I'm going when I get there.

DS#1 is driving across to Ithaca NY from here today to get the rest of his stuff and move with us. Gary, can you pm me your phone # for emergency back up. They wanted me to go with them but.......

It's hard to even think about cruising, but I tell ya, there is no one who needs it more than I do!
