There's another DIS family coming along...she posted in the general cruise forum, I think the title was "Finally posting"...I pointed her to this thread, I hope she comes to say hello!!

Get the froofroo drinks lined up!!!!!!!!

The Dr. just called and they are not 100% done with the biopsy results but so far they haven't found any cancer!!!!!! They do want me to have a whole body PET scan, just in case when I get home. What they did find was a major Strep infection. Finally, something that can be fixed!!!!! I start my antibiotics this afternoon and should be feeling better in a day or two. I may be able to do things on the cruise after all!!!!!!

No need for me to wear a nametag or lime green....you'll be able to recognize me by the mile wide grin on my face!!!!!!!!

How wonderful of your doctor to let you know that much this early, that is a sign of bedside manners, huh?

Yep, Veronic Guerin -- sounds like the same one. The name didn't ring a bell on the movie list. It looks like a good one too. So much to do so little time.

You won't be surprised that it didn't ring a bell when I tell you that the movies that I have seen on that list are Finding Nemo, Brother Bear, and Freaky Friday. Such is life with a 4 year old I look forward to going with Luke to Disney movies. They are entertaining for adults too and it beats watching a Thomas the Tank Engine video for the gazillionth time!

Ya know what? You've seen more from that list than I have, I've seen Nemo, and Freaky Friday...and that's IT! We never got to Brother Bear, and the kids and DH saw Haunted Mansion without me...

Maybe we'll have to do a "girls night at the movies"... *grin* Think we can sneak in some Strawberry Daquiris?

I may be watching a movie or two on this cruise......I've been trying to get to see Haunted Mansion...DS (6) loves the ride and has been bugging us to see the movie ever since the ads came out. DH thought that one of us should see it first to make sure it wasn't too scary. DS has figured that it might be playing on the cruise and now is promising "I won't have nightmares...its only a movie...PLEASE".

Kim, in our family, I'm the 4 year old with Disney movies. I enjoy the classics. HAD to watch Lady & Tramp this past weekend.

OK, Renae - looks like we still got a bunch of rabble rousers in the party room so we won't get everything picked up before we leave this afternoon.

Got to get some work done so I can get out of here later. But, I'll be watching you.......

Ya know, I havent' seen this, but DH told me that there were a few parts that scared even him...and he was surprised. I don't know exactly what tho. We'll have to ask my son, who is my sensitive movie watcher...my DD thinks that movies like Jaws are "stupid and not scary" and prefers things like "Darkness falls" and "The Ring".....so she's not a good barometer with this one!

My Mom is driving down from NH today to brother's in Wrentham. She and Best Friend are flying out of PVD tomorrow. Mom had delayed her drive because the snow was supposed to have stopped by now.......hope she's fine.

Think anyone would notice if I had a 3 martini lunch today....prob. not.
