I know the dates are 4/16-5/30 in 2004. How far in adavance do they normally release the itinerary and special events?

I wondered about this too. I emailed Steve Soars, here is his reply: "The narrators for the Candlelight Processional were
just released this week. Using that as a guide, I wouldn't expect to see the full list of Flower Power acts until just a couple of weeks before the series begins."
