I have four 6 day park hoppers that I bought for our trip to WDW in 2003. We used three days and one option. We should have three more days and 2 or 3 options left. How do I know the cards have the correct number of days on them? What happens if the cards get de-magnatized. Does Disney keep backup information for the cards in a computer somewhere based on the card number? I am sure this has been covered in the DIS boards in the past, but am having trouble pin pointing the information. Thanks for your input!!!

6 day PHP's came with three plus options. The information as to what's been used and what remains is in the ATS computer system. It can be located in the computer by a GR/ticketing CM in several ways, one of which is manually entering the ticket number.

Anyone I can call with the tickets numbers before I get to the park?

Thanks.

The cards do not actually store anything but the serial number (which is also printed on the back). The WDW computer system keeps complete info on all tickets, just like your bank keeps your money info and your ATM card has nothing on it but your account number. So if the passes de-magnetize, you lose absolutely nothing. It's really a cool system.

But sadly, there is no place you can check passes except Guest Relations or a ticket window at one of the WDW theme parks or Downtown Disney.
