2003 Dream Maker Pkgs

I need some info please.

In 2001 we booked the Deluxe Magic Pkg.
In 2003, we booked the equivalent?
Dream Maker "Gold" package.

No one seems to be able to give me
specific details about the differences.

Does the new package still include all
recreation? ie. unlimited minigolf, wakeboarding,
parasailing, golf, surfing lessons.

What tours have been excluded?
Any restaurants or dinner shows excluded?

Any help appreciated.

Plan Details:
Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner per person, per night - Available at more than 125 participating table-service, counter-service, Disney Dinner Shows, Disney Character Dining, and Signature Table-Service Restaurants located throughout the Walt Disney World® Resort (includes applicable gratuities, excludes alcoholic beverages)
Unlimited Recreation - Unlimited use of selected recreation activities including golf (no tee time restrictions), guided fishing excursions, water sports, watercraft, health club access, tennis, and more (restrictions apply to selected recreation)
Admission to La Nouba™ by Cirque du Soleil® (reservations can be made six months prior to arrival)
Unlimited Access to Disney Children's Activity Centers (ages 4-12) at a selected Disney Resort
Unlimited Access to Tours in the Silver Plan, plus (restrictions apply to selected tours):
"Backstage Safari" at Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park
"Wild by Design" at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park

ie. what restrictions and what a the "selected"
